Employees and others may report any potentially illegal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate conduct directly to the Chief Compliance Officer for the Architrave Family of Companies. Employees and others may report personnel and other human resources related issues directly to the Director of the Human Resources Department for the Architrave Family of Companies. The Architrave Family of Companies prohibits any retaliation of any kind against any person or entity who reports, or assists in the investigation of, any suspected or potential misconduct.

Other Ways to Report Illegal, Unethical, or Otherwise Inappropriate Conduct

To make it easier for people to anonymously report potential misconduct, we have engaged an outside company to provide a telephone “hotline,” a website, and an email. You may make a report by:

  • Calling 877-472-2110 and talking to a confidential representative;
  • Submitting a report online at www.lighthouse-services.com/dcipamanagement; or

Note: If you know the name of the specific entity involved, please include that information in your report. After making your report, you will receive a report number that you may use to report additional information or inquire as to the status or resolution of your report. The company taking the report will pass on employment related complaints to the Director of the Human Resources Department and all other complaints to the Chief Compliance Officer.
